This cable car was said to be
“...the world's shortest scenic railway, 296 feet in length, elevating passengers 189 feet from Fourth Street to Felton Place.”
Mr. J. K. Graves built the original cable car in 1882. Since then, the cable car has been rebuilt several times; the most recent rebuild was in 1977.
