Acropolis Museum
Acropolis, loosely translated, means city high point. The Parthenon and other historically significant structures are on the Acropolis. The museum, not on the Acropolis, houses artifacts found on the Acropolis.
This page and the following five pages document some of the more photogenic scenes that Bill and I encountered on our Mediterranean Adventure. We stayed in Athens for 2 nights, cruised on the Seabourn Odyssey for 10 nights, and then stayed in Nice for 2 nights.
