New Year 2018 was the coldest New Year’s Day in Chicago’s recorded history. While traveling to this photo shoot, our car thermometer recorded -12 degrees F! As the Norwegians say, “There is no such thing as bad weather; just bad clothes”. We were prepared.
St. James Farm is an equestrian farm that once belonged to the family that ran International Harvester. In 2007 The DuPage Forest Preserve took possession of the property. No horses in permanent residence.
