Milwaukee

The Brady Street Neighborhood

The Brady Street neighborhood is on the east side of Milwaukee. Brady Street itself runs east from the Milwaukee River, stopping a bit short of Lake Michigan. Buildings in the neighborhood, both commercial and residential, were generally built in the late 19th century and early 20th century. Due to gentrification, most are nicely restored. Commerce is on Brady Street, consisting of small shops, restaurants, and bars.
