Pavilion Roberta Bondar Pavilion

We returned to Sault Ste. Marie, having circumnavigated Lake Superior. This time we toured the area near Sault Ste. Marie.

Few people realize that a city this far north has a year-around outdoor tent for public events. It is the Roberta Bondar Pavilion, named after Canada's first woman astronaut. While we were there, they were having a chili cooking contest!
