Citadel Hill
The tour had ended. The big blue bus had gone away. The only thing on our agenda was the trip home. However, since we did have some time before the airport shuttle was to take us to the airport, I decided to go to the top of Citadel Hill and take some pictures of Halifax.
Citadel Hill is the highest hill in Halifax and the site of the Citadel, a fort that was built to protect Halifax from her enemies - the Yankees. Anyway, there is an excellent view of Halifax from the hill, in front of the fort.
The Halifax Metro Center is on the right.
