While getting acquainted with the area in Bercy near our hotel, we observed a repurposed warehouse with odd heads decorating the upper level windows. “What is that?” The answer: it is a museum of fairground curiosities. Bill and I signed up for a tour of the museum.
The courtyard contained even more unusual artifacts.
Inside were a number of large rooms containing artifacts from different eras. They contained games of chance, carousels, and various other curiosities. Unfortunately, my camera and I were unprepared for the lighting conditions in these rooms, so I only have a few images to show you.
