Perhaps because Bill and I go for walks at Herrick so regularly, I seldom take a camera to Herrick. For me the scenery is so every day. However, on two successive trips to Herrick, I saw some unusual birds, so I did take my camera this time. Although there were a few Mallards and Canadian Geese this trip, there were no really interesting birds. The real reward was the fall tree colors at their peak.
